In this panel session, local HR leaders will share non-traditional benefits they’ve implemented and what they’ve learned from the process.

The panel will feature HR professionals from Altru Health System, Rydell Auto Center, the Ralph Engelstad Arena, and Unity Medical Center.

Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch or come early to grab lunch from one of the restaurants in the Grand Cities Mall!

Directions: Park on the North side of the Grand Cities Mall in front of Hope (towards the West side of the mall). Enter the Hope main door (the door that is furthest West). The Big Connection Center can be found on the right side of the lobby area.
