Beyond the Basics: Innovative Employee Benefits That Make a Difference

Event Overview:

Traditional benefits like healthcare and PTO are important, but many companies are thinking bigger when it comes to supporting employee well-being and retention. In this panel session, local HR leaders will share non-traditional benefits they’ve implemented and what they’ve learned from the process.

You’ll walk away with:

  • At least three creative benefits being used by other organizations
  • Ideas for improving recruitment and retention through meaningful perks
  • Inspiration for aligning your benefits with your company’s values and employee needs
  • A better understanding of implementation challenges—and how to overcome them

Come ready to be inspired and to rethink what’s possible for your organization!

The panel will feature HR professionals from Altru Health System, Rydell Auto Center, the Ralph Engelstad Arena, and Unity Medical Center.

This meeting is available in-person at the Hope Big Connection Center. Our speaker will be presenting in-person.
Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch or come early to grab lunch from one of the restaurants in the Grand Cities Mall!

Directions: Park on the North side of the Grand Cities Mall in front of Hope (towards the West side of the mall). Enter the Hope main door (the door that is furthest West). The Big Connection Center can be found on the right side of the lobby area.
