About the Speaker
Ryan Werling is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at AblePay Health, where he manages relationships with employer partners, broker partners, hospital association partners, and other strategic channels. Prior to joining AblePay Health, Ryan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mack Defense, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mack Trucks, Inc.
Ryan is a U.S. Army veteran who deployed to Iraq in 2003 and 2011 and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

About the Speaker
A dynamic presenter with a passion to help others find joy and meaning in their personal and professional lives, Susan has 20+ years of training experience in a wide variety of domains and has had the honor to present to audiences regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Susan brings accurate and timely information on her topic and infuses it with personal and relatable stories, told with empathy and often humor. “It brings me great satisfaction to make complex topics digestible for people attending my sessions and to have attendees go home and back to work feeling empowered and able to take immediate action.”
Originally from Jamestown, ND, Susan and her husband spent most of their adult lives in Staples MN where they raised 2 fantastic daughters. They have recently relocated to Moorhead, MN, where they enjoy new friends, old-ish family, and fresh, local brews.
