Crystal Barnett is a Project Manager at Express Employment, where she leads seasonal staffing projects with a focus on efficient recruitment, seamless placement, and exceptional associate management to meet client needs. With over four years of experience in workforce solutions and operations management, she excels in strategic planning, team leadership, and building strong client relationships.

Crystal is deeply passionate about helping others pursue personal growth and career development, all while supporting the success of local businesses in her community. She strives to live life out loud, with purpose, energy, and authenticity. Outside of work, she loves exploring new places, visiting farmers markets, attending community events, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
