Join us for a powerful and personal presentation by Jay Skarphol, who will share the story of his son Trevor—killed in a workplace incident just days before his 31st birthday. In the years since, Jay has turned unimaginable loss into a mission to help others by speaking out about the importance of safety in the workplace. Drawing from both personal experience and a long career in environmental health and safety, Jay’s message is a poignant reminder that every decision matters, and every day is a gift. This session will resonate deeply with HR professionals and safety leaders committed to protecting their teams and fostering a culture of care and responsibility.
“If I can do something in safety to turn someone’s head to make them think about what they’re doing, and to make the right choices, then it’s all worthwhile.” – Jay Skarphol
