Join us for an informative session with Eric Ripley, Executive Director of Career & Technical Education (CTE) for Grand Forks Public Schools, as he shares an update on the Career Impact Academy. This new facility is designed to provide students with hands-on training in high-demand fields, helping to address local workforce needs. Eric will discuss the construction progress, the programs and courses that will be offered, and how the academy will collaborate with area schools and businesses. HR professionals will gain insight into how this initiative can help develop a stronger talent pipeline, offering students the skills they need to enter the workforce while providing local employers with a new source of qualified candidates.
