Event Overview:

Leadership plays a central role in shaping organizational culture and driving performance. This session will explore how leaders influence culture and how organizations can intentionally build leadership capability to strengthen teams and support employee success.

Participants will gain practical insights into developing leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that support accountability, clarity, and engagement across their organizations.

You’ll walk away with:

• An understanding of how leaders directly influence organizational culture

• Strategies for developing leadership KSAs within your organization

• Insight into the competitive advantage created by strong leadership teams and positive employee culture

About the Speaker

Ben Foster is the Director of Rydell University for Rydell Automotive Group, where he leads corporate employee growth and development across more than 100 dealership rooftops nationwide. He is responsible for designing leadership programs, refining systems and processes, and building training initiatives that drive performance in both sales and service operations.

Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University. He blends behavioral science with practical business execution to develop leaders who create clarity, accountability, and strong workplace cultures.

He is also Jonah Certified in the Theory of Constraints, applying systems thinking to organizational performance and continuous improvement.

Ben is passionate about helping people grow and developing leaders who create environments where employees thrive.
