Crystal Barnett is a Project Manager at Express Employment, where she leads seasonal staffing projects with a focus on efficient recruitment, seamless placement, and exceptional associate management to meet client needs. With more than four years of experience in workforce solutions and operations management, Crystal specializes in strategic planning, team leadership, and building strong client relationships.

Passionate about helping others grow personally and professionally, Crystal is committed to supporting both job seekers and local businesses in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, visiting farmers markets, attending community events, and spending time with family and friends.

Directions: Park on the North side of the Grand Cities Mall in front of Hope (towards the West side of the mall). Enter the Hope main door (the door that is furthest West). The Big Connection Center can be found on the right side of the lobby area.
