Join us for a lunchtime, in-person session hosted by the Greater Grand Forks Human Resource Association, designed for business owners, managers, and HR professionals navigating today’s multigenerational workforce. 

You’ll walk away with:

• Identify and differentiate key characteristics of each generation in today’s workforce.
• Learn how generational difference influence workplace behaviors and interactions.
• Learn strategies to effectively collaborate across generations.

Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch or come early and grab lunch from one of the nearby restaurants!

12:00pm - 1:00pm: Meeting

Directions: Park on the North side of the Grand Cities Mall in front of Hope (towards the West side of the mall). Enter the Hope main door (the door that is furthest West). The Big Connection Center can be found on the right side of the lobby area.
