Join us for a conversation with Dr. Josh Deere, President of Altru Health System, as he shares insights on leadership in today’s evolving healthcare environment. Drawing from over a decade of experience in clinical and administrative roles, Dr. Deere will offer perspectives on leading through change, supporting teams in high-demand settings, and aligning organizational goals with community health needs.

Speaker Bio:

Dr. Deere was appointed Altru Health System’s President in September 2022. He has held a variety of leadership positions at Altru since 2010, including chair of the Family Medicine Department and medical director of Primary Care. Dr. Deere earned his bachelor’s degree in math and biology from Mayville State University and his medical degree from the University of North Dakota. Dr. Deere enjoys spending free time with his wife Liz and children Olivia and Isaac.
