Event Overview:

HR continues to experience increased responsibilities within organizations. This presentation will explore how running your department like Tom Hanks will help across areas of Benefits, Benchmarking, Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Technology. Participants can expect to walk away with additional ideas around how to create efficiencies in their day to day and strategic objectives that make up the bulk of HR workloads.

Speaker Bio:

Ben Zietz is an Employee Benefits Advisor at Marsh McLennan Agency based out of Fargo, ND. He excels at thinking strategically about benefit plans and how to drive value for employers and employees around company sponsored benefit packages. Ben is passionate about solving problems and engaging with employers and employees focusing on compliance, technology solutions, benchmarking, and employee engagement. In his free time, Ben likes to cook, travel, read, and be outdoors and lives with his wife and dogs in Moorhead, MN.
