Event Overview:

What are the timeless principles of leadership, and how do they apply in today’s workplace? This motivating session explores how each of us can make an impact through the way we lead, connect with others, and develop those around us. Participants will examine the behaviors that distinguish strong leaders, discover the keys to success and humility, and explore why mentoring others can be one of the most impactful things we do.

Participants will learn:

• Which leadership qualities often go under the radar

• How to connect effectively with different people and personalities

• Why mentoring others is one of the most impactful ways to learn

About the Speaker

Mike Henke is a national speaker whose passion for building strong teams led to the creation of MHI. He works with organizations throughout the country in the areas of leadership training, recruiting and retention, and creating positive workplace environments.

Mike has developed more than 50 training programs, is a former SHRM Chapter President, and has presented at 10 SHRM State Conferences, eight DisruptHR events, and for 40 SHRM chapters nationwide.

This meeting is taking place in-person at the Hope Big Connection Center. Our speaker will be presenting in-person.

Directions: Park on the North side of the Grand Cities Mall in front of Hope (towards the West side of the mall). Enter the Hope main door (the door that is furthest West). The Big Connection Center can be found on the right side of the lobby area.
